Hi Friends,
I have a problem in accessing my files in Windows XP
Professional. I had 2k Server earlier and I applied the
highest possible security by using security templates to
SYSTEM. I replaced 2k server with XP. Now when I try to
access the files I get the followin error
message. "Windows cannot access the specified device,
path or file. You may not have the appropiate permission
to access the file". The files were encrypted. The dives
are NTFS both C AND D

I am able to remove the encryption. I tried to run the
application or file in 2000 compatiable mode and then I
use run as and then type in the login my admin id and
password of the 2k server. I get a message stating that
my password is incorrect. I am trying to add a recovery
agent to retrieve the files but I do not have a option to
add, but only view the existing recovery agent.

Thanking you in advance friends for any comments and help

Regards
Kiran
