In my Windows 2000 SP3 network one specific user of the domain does not
apply the group policy. When examining the event viewer after logging in the
domain with this username I see the following errors:

1) The error below which is not related (I think) to my problem but I do not
do a folder redirection:
-----------------------------
Type: Error
Source: Folder Redirection
Category: None
Event ID: 111
User: mydomain\user8
Computer: ws8
....
-----------------------------

2) The related error:
-----------------------------
Type: Error
Source: Userenv
Category: None
Event ID: 1000
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: ws8
.... flags are been transmited (1074252) .... fail code (1337).
-----------------------------

I have seen an article of Microsoft about such a problem talking about
deleted user accounts but I can't find any accounts deleted - no report
about any account at all.
How can I resolve this problem ???
Thanks in advance.
