Hi Faiyaz,
Windows does not have this functionality as a built-in
feature, since it really requires the cooperation of the
printing device itself. You'll need to buy a printer that
has this functionality (PIN/Password) built into it. An
example is the Xerox DocumentCenter printers, but i'm sure
other vendors have this feature as well.
