A "free" download manager program called "FreshDownload" changed the
following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\RNG
I have a feeling this is not good. Is this an acceptable thing for it to do?
Thanks for any help!
