hi..

I have problem about a EFS. I recently formated my c:
drive. I have a .xls file in d: drive. file was encrypted.
After I formated my c: drive, I cannot read that file. I
checked the Recovery Agent & it's for the administrator.
So I logon as a Administrator and try to decrypt that
file.. but still the same Access Denied msg. I have no
idea how to decrypt that file. It's a very important file
for me.. if anyone can help in this matter it will be a
big relief for me.

thanks in advance
