Hi, need help badly. Suddenly my Win2K Server was unable
to log on as Administrator. With this message-The Local
Policy of the system does not permit you to logon
interactively. When I tries to use the ntrights command
from another computer. This is what happens:

c:\ntrights -m \\<computer> -u <user> +r
SeInteractiveLogonRight
Granting SeInteractiveLogonRight to <user> on
\\<computer>OpenPolicy:

***Error*** OpenPolicy -1073741790

What does the error mean? Resolution?
