I have a Windwos 2000 Server (with SP3 installed). On this
server there is a folder (containing a couple of sub-
folders) that has been shared out. I gave a domain group
modify rights to this folder (and the sub-folders).
However after an unspecified time this domain group loses
its rights and are no longer dispalyed in the Security tab
has having rights, all of the local groups are always
displayed in Security tab. The shared folder is in
the 'Program Files' dir incase that makes a difference.

I have reset the rights for this domain user about 3 times
now but they keep disappearing.

Can anybody explain what is happening and how to fix it?
