Looking for Scriptit.exe Software

Hi,

I am looking for Scriptit.exe software and unable to find
it. Does anyone know where I can find this software. I
need it ASAP. I looked on Microsoft site and it just
gives me a run around but no .exe file to download. If
anyone can share the file or point me to the right
location that would be REALLY appriciated.
