Lost login password, need help creating boot disk, Alex?

I was referred to (by Alex?)
home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpassword . . . etc. because I
lost my Win 2000 login password. The instructions at that
site are great once the boot disk is created. However I am
a novice, I am looking for step by step instructions to
actually create the boot disk. I downloaded and unzipped
the rawrite file, and SCSI files, how do I create the boot
disk floppy, please help. Thank you.
