Don't worry. The is file is part of PurityScan* which is an advertising
program that also claims to scan your computer for objectional pictures.
One of the ways people can remove it, if they want to, is to use
Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up task manager, and end the task, then remove it from
the Windows Startup Folder (right click on task bar and go to properties.)

*Maybe Trademarked

PS: Please don't post suspicious .exe files to newgroups---we may run them
by mistake :)
