Server 2000 Logon Failure to access a networked computer

I can not find out why when trying to access a computer on
the network I keep getting a:

\\computername is not accessible
Logon Failure: the user has not been granted the requested
logon type at this computer

The file sharing is set to everyone and all the computer
settings on the inaccessible computer are at the default
settings.
