Here's the scoop. I troubleshoot a DOD web (Java) page
that allows it's members to print their earning statements.

When printing the statement, ActiveX is reading it as an
unsecured document. I am not in a position to give out
any information to alter the current security settings for
ActiveX. It also would be a temporary solution. Any
ideas as to why ActiveX is reading the statements as
unsecure?
