Means that the disk cache contents were not succesfully written to disk.
You should probably start with pointing your browser in the general
direction of Windows Update.

It would appear that adding information to the directory failed.

NTFS probably saved your ***. Be aware that the OS claims it to be a
possible hardware issue, this could make investigating driver and
bios-updates relevant. Do be aware that most hardware manufacturers
advice against updating a bios unless the update with reason is expected
to cure a known problem. Take care to save the old bios to a file first
....
