I assume you're not Professor Charles Hartman from New London, Connecticut?
Check the date on your computer. Also check the detailed information
contained in the certificate, especially the date, to try to see what the
problem is. You should not normally have to install the certificate. Note
that in most cases, you should be able to continue past this sort of message
and still get into your bank web site with everything being encrypted.
