Keith is correct but if you still feel you need that extra layer of
isolation you could always set their systems up as <your chosen desktop OS>
and install VMWare and install server onto that.
Won't be cheap but it may make you feel happier as the installs on the
VMware partitions won't need to be members of or interact with your domain
in any way. There may also be a support benefit if you can centrally setup
and configure VMWare "images" to distribute to people whenever your software
is updated, and in the event of a crash of the demo server system it may
also speed recovery time.
