Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-063

I just applied the patch to Windows 2000 Advanced server
and now I cannot restart windows.

The Stop Error I get is:
0x0000007B (...)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Is this related? What can I do?
