Security and Configuration Errors

I was having some startup trouble and narrowed to to group
policies being corrupt. I repaired that by replacing the
DB with a new template. Now when I run an analysis I have
the following three errors:
(X) IPSEC Policy Agent
(X) Messenger
(X) Remote Registry Service
I have no clue as to how to repair these issues. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
