It's a new exploit(spelling) they use a standard network
function that is used by admins etc to send msg to all
users about servers going down or general msg that they
want to popup on all computers.
If u are not in a enviroment where u need or want the popup
you can shutdown the messenger service. (and maybe
alerter, don't think u need to shut down the alerter.)
Some stupid guy even developed a tool for selling ads
using this exploit..
