Pop up Messenger ADs on Win2K Server

Hi All,

Recently pop-up ads starteed showing up on my Win2K Server using the
"Application Popup".

IN the event viewer I see this;

EVENT ID: 26
Application Popup: Messenger Service.

Have I been hacked or is this an exampl eof an exploitation of something I
didn't set up correctly?
