The question is, how many had a login with Administrator
active when you reset the password? If even one is logged
on as administrator you will have a conflict.
Any computers logged in as the administrator must be
locked (Ctr+Alt+Delete) prior to the change.

To fix, you should be able to shut down your network
except for the primary domain controller. On the primary
domain controller, go into active directory and set the
administrator password. Then restart the other server and
the rest of the network. Should help.
The key is to change the password on the primary domain
controller when the rest of the net is down to ensure that
there is no administrator priveleges being used when you
change the password.
Good Luck.
