You don't mention your budget, which is a big factor...

You could hire consultants, like Meta Security Group, and
they will find every hole you have.

You can look into products from companies like ISS. (I
would try searching on Google for something like "security
network scan NT").

You can read books like Hacking Exposed, and spend all day
everyday visiting hacker and security websites to learn
all you can.
