I am developing java servlets on my Windows 2K machine,
for deployment on a server.
I just applied the latest Windows 200 updates to my system.
Since then I can no longer use the redirection function,
to redirect to webpages and files on my local machine.
I was sending a string like "file:///f|/root/UKWebSite/"
to the redirect function. This no longer works.
I am positive that the problem lies in one of the security
updates.
This is a very serious problem for our project
development, so if anyone has a solution, I would be very
keen to hear.
