can't decript my encripted file

at first time i instaled "Microsoft windows 2000 server"
to my computer. after few days i receved some errors and
technical problam. as a result i had removed (NTFS format)
that partition and reinstalled windows 2000 server (use
same administrator password)
but now a cant read or use in currently windows2000
server, my encripted file under arlior windows 2000 server.
that files are very importent. PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO
DECRIPT THAT FILE AGAIN.
