Security option does not work on Win98 clients

Hi,

I recently enabled the prompt users for password expiry
security option on my win2k server. I set the value to 0
so that users will only be prompted on the day of expiry.

The option works fine on W2k users, but the win98 users
still get prompted to change their passwords 5 days before
the actual expiry.
