Yes you can, on MMC click in your web site and you will see the files and
folder that are part of your web site. choose the folder and files that you
want HTTPS to work by right clicking on the file or folder and going to
PROPERTIES, the IIS properties tab will open and you click on Directory
Security tab and there you will find something related to certificates
setting...,I believe is the middle option. There you can set up SSL on the
folder or file level without having to code.
