I can't say w/ certainty, but if your code is running as a service, it
will be running in the context of the user for the service. If this
user has local admin rights, it should be able to terminate most
processes, including screen savers.
If, however, it is spawned or launched by the user when they are logged
in and they don't have local admin rights, I doubt very much that it
will be able to kill the process.
