access denied on a share on another domain ?

Hi,

I have two domains. Im trying to get my users from domain 1 to connect to a
share on the DC of domain 2. I keep getting the error ACCESS DENIED.

- I have set security settings on the share to allow domain 1 users full
access.
- I have set domain policy on domain 2 to allow domain 1 users "Access to
this computer from the network".

What else could cause the access denied message ?
