You need to read the contents of the posts,not only the subject line :-)

The issue discussed here is about this: In Netware, users don't see folders they
don't have access to (when they access the the parent folder, a.k.a. the folder
above). In NT/W2k, they do.

There are also several other very nice things that are missing in the NT/W2k
file server area compared to the Netware file system.
