Enumerate requests on a per client basis
If you are using the ICEnroll4 interface for creating the certificate
request then you can use the setPendingInfo function to set info for pending
requests and enumPendingRequest to enumerate them.
Enumerate requests on the CA
If you are doing this on the Certificate server then you can add a request
attribute in the request that identifies that the request was generated by
your application.
