You implied that you could logon but it was no longer an automatic
power on logon.
I suggest you get the local admin password and logon that way. If
no one knows admin password the you have more issues to resolve.
These tools will allow you to reset the admin password. Your LAN
Admin should also be able to do this remotely.

These tools will allow a reset of the admin password
without knowing what the orginal was. you use one of
the suggested options to boot the system and alter
the password. WARNING: use at your own risk.
I have used options a, b, c, d. e. I like ERD Commander
but it is expensive, I would suggest trying ntpasswd
(a) boot cdrom
(b) ntpasswd, it does work and is free. (single disk)
(c) boot cdrom (ISO) version of b.(must create cdrom)
(d/e) another boot disk version of b. (single disk)
(f) commercial software (multiple disks)
(g) manual procedure
