Davis,

Yes I always run as Administrator account. Thanks for following up. Please
disregard the Microsoft site below. This error also occurrs on my own
server. It used to not do this when I 1st had the server from Dell. I am
sure if I uninstall all service packs and hotfixes, it will work again. And
or reinstall the OS. What is this site all about ? The site came with the
Windows 2000 AS/ADS OS and is only available once you install both the IIS-5
and Cert Server services.

To reproduce the error on your own server, all you need is install Windows
2000 AS/ADS, Install IIS-5, Install Cert Service, run the Cert Enroll web
page from one of your workstations or within the server itself, this woill
work fine. Finally, apply all service packs and hotfixes then run the CERT
Enroll again, and observe the error.
