When selected the roaming profile become default.
when the system start is looking for the default, but if
the user , used the laptop to connect outside the network
the local profile become newer and the system ask you to
select !
I do not think you can remove the message, and even if
possible , you will have the users log on with the newer
profile in this case the local prof.
