If someone encrypts a string with Crypto++ 3des, base 64, will I be able to
decrypt it using CAPICOM?
I thought I would be able to but it hasn't been working. After looking into
it further, it seems that the Crypto++ version of 3des is a modifed version
of the algorithm. Does anybody know?
