After installing this patch my Win2000 server became
unusable for web browsing, making changes to the
Connection Tab in Internet settings, the Remote Access
Connection Manager service was stuck in a state of
stopping and the patch would not uninstall. It also took
many minutes to start up from login (usually very quick).
I managed to get the NT LM Security Service Provider
service stopped and was then able to uninstall the Q324380.

I use the remote access terminal service to get to this
server from a local client. It is an INTRANET Domain
Controller, and DNS server.

The server event viewer did not report any errors before
during or after the patch.

Is this patch in trouble, or is it something with my
machine?
