running cacls.exe from dos mode

Hello
I would like to know how to run cacls.exe from dos mode? I
booted windows 2000 ntfs drive from dos and did run
ntfsdos.exe utility. I need to run the cacls.exe or any
other utility from dos to change drive permissions.
