Alec, two good anti Trojan tools are at www.diamondcs.com.au which is a
comprehensive diagnostic tool as well and on 30 day trial so that might help
you out and be worth making a permanent feature.
A much simpler set and forget (apart from updates) is BoClean from
www.nsclean.com which has no trial period but I know the Author and can
promise you will get a full refund if not happy with it.
What you may have is a relatively professional tool like the backgate kit
which you can read up on here http://www.sans.org/y2k/unicode.htm and these
can be hard to get rid of.
My guess is your company broadband is being used to distribute pirated
stuff. If you can set up a firewall to block access to it you can worry
about removing stuff later. Something like the free Kerio on at
www.kerio.com (Not the beta version yet though) or Zone Alarm from
www.zonelabs.com should help you figure out what's going on, and there are
pro versions you can buy later if you want. The diamondcs tool mentioned
above can help with this too and if it recognises the trojan may be able to
clean up for you.
Hope this helps a bit, along with the other good advice.
