Help - Trouble with inetinfo.exe

Hello,

I use Windows 2000 Pro. Recently in the Task Manager I noticed that
inetinfo.exe is always running, even though I don't turn on IIS5.
Isn't inetinfo.exe the same as IIS? and is it normal that it runs on startup
by itself like this? Does it make me vulnerable to worms, etc?

What do I do to stop it from doing so?
