No Access to Local Security Policies

I have administrative permission on my local machine.
After playing with the "Deny access to this computer from
Network" configuration, and some other nice settings, I
got an "Access Denied" when I try to access the "Local
Policies" and "Account Policies". How can I get the access
back ?

Please help.
