about win 2000 service pack3 problem

install a proxy server in our comnpany.
It runs win2000 AD( winnt 4.0 upgrade
to win2000,and install win 2000 service pack 2)
There was not any problems about the proxy server before I installed win
2000 service pack 3.
One day, After I installed win2000 sp3 for the proxy, I found some strange
problems in the proxy server .
When I input a domain of URL (ex. http://www.host.com )to access internet
from a
windows client PC. After the proxy server validate my username and password
, I receive proxy report 11001
(no internet access)
If I input a IP of URL ( ex. http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) to access internet ,I
can access the web.
And if at first in the proxy server I input a domain of URL(let it cache)
,and then
I can use a domain of URL to access internet from a windows client PC .
if I use a adminstrator account ,I input domain or IP of URL from a client
pc , it is no any problem.
who can help me?
