Hello and HELP!

I have been corresponding with my new editor (I write
stories) and, although attachments I send him get there,
any attachments he sends me don't come through.

I found a screen that said all attachments from SCRIBUM
(my editor's company) are blocked. I'm not sure if I
unblocked it or not as I'm not even sure how to do it, let
alone how it got like that.

Please let me know how this is done. I have deadlines to
keep and am really hung out to dry by not being able to
get his corrections, reviews, etc. And thanks ahead of
time!

Maruka
