You HD is running out of the space,
two way for you to solve:
1. Standalone PC: booting you PC from the CD and go in
Recovery console, when in the Command prompt try to delete
temp file and those unnecessary file.
2. Network PC: When in the login screen, use another PC to
map drive to you C drive or the drive that you use to
store OS and delete temp file and unnecessary file.
