Hello

This is not correct. The password only changes once in a domained
environment. The authentication has nothing to do with the workstation.
Obviously the user accounts have been setup to ask the user to change
password the first time they logon. This will only happen once and not
anytime they logon to any machine, because all is taken care of on the
server.
