Hi,

Just recently for some unknown reason my local security policy on a Windows
2000 server acting as a stand alone server on a Windows NT domain changed.
The policy that I'm talking about is allowing users to access this computer
from the network. (Local Security Policy -> Local Policies -> Users Rights
Assignments -> Access this computer from the network).
My first question is, What is the default setting for this type of computer?

Second; It seems that the security policy is "locked" and when I reboot the
computer (server) my modified settings go away. How do I save the modified
settings/ How do I "unlock" the policy if I need to?

Thanks
Steve
