Access to server only for special IP-addresses

Hello,
Is it possible to configure a Win2000 server to restrict
access to only 10 Clients with fixed IP-addresses. The
clients need "normal" access to the rest of the servers in
the house.
I would need something like an IP-address-filter on the
server.
