hello and please help,

i have sucsfully installed win2000 and i have some
question which i hope
you might help me solve them

1) i want to disable other users from entering some of my
drictoreis how do i do this?
2) i want to set the login application to monitor any
creating of new file or modify files by anyuser beside
admin..
some more detail about my system
Os : microsoft windows 2000 5.00.2192 service pack 2
Hardware : 458Mb of Ram , P III 733Mhz , 16Mb Voodoo3
3000 , 60Gb H.D
