dcomcnfg Machine Debug Manager problem

When I try to attach to processes on another machine, I get access
denied...check the DCOM configuration settings for the Machine Debug
Manager.

My settings are:
General: Authenticationlevel = Connect
Location:
    only checked box is "Run application on this compueter"
Security:
    use custom access
    use custom launch
    use custom configuration
All three include myself/administrators/debugger users
Identity:
    The System Account
Endpoints:
    "default system protocols"

Still get the same error. What can I do?
