No way Rod!
Windows 2000 is a "single user" OS...
The only thing I can imagine is you build the infrastructure for a
smartcard-login for your Server, write/run a script (as a "daemon"), which
checks permanently if 2 *certain* users are logged in successfully within -
let's say - 1 min. (for example enable events-viewer logging for succesfull
logins -> GPO and use dumpel.exe -> Resource Kit, to parse the security
protocol for your 2 specific user logins). If this is the case you "unlock"
resources ( for example by setting NTFS rights through this script).
