Transfering domain local profiles between machines....

Hello,

I have 2 machines on the same domain. I want to transfer
one domain user's local account from machine 1 to machine
2 without making it a roaming profile. Is it safe just to
copy and paste it to the new machine?

What is the easiest way to complete this transfer?
