everyone group is not listed in active directory....

im having major login issues from w2k and xp on my
domain...i noticed, my login server does not have the
everyone group listed......is this the reason why i have
the error message "local policy of this system does not
permit you to logon interactivelly", on my workstations....
my pdc is w2k advanced server....
