Pen the computer Management (mmc) in the administrative tools folder. Look
for "shared Folders" look for shares without a $ in the share name, right
click on each of the shares and look at the "share permissions", remove any
unwanted permissions or remove the network share entirely.
Then look through the user accounts in "local users and groups" and right
click on each look at each users "member of" and see if anyone has more
permissions than they should have.
